KILLA store is not obliged to replace or refund any product that has been delivered to you; by receiving the product, you understand and agree to release KILLA store from responsibility. After delivery and order fulfillment, KILLA store is not responsible for any loss, missing, damage, or harm that the buyer may suffer. KILLA store is not responsible for a product purchased or installed incorrectly or entered data incorrectly. Prices for products and services may change at any time, and the customer has no right to claim the price difference for any product or service. You must carefully read the return and exchange policy section to fully understand all terms and conditions related to compensation and replacement processes before completing any purchase. KILLA store has the right to change, modify, or add new conditions, and the general terms and conditions should be followed at any time. Publishing and reselling scripts after purchase is prohibited, as they are exclusive to the store, which reserves its rights. Anyone violating this will face legal action to protect the store’s rights and publications. KILLA store has the right to create updates/upgrades for the scripts offered in the store for a fee for programming services. The script warranty is operational only, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances. KILLA store may request a reinstallation fee for the script to prevent fraud and to prevent installing the same script on another device without rights, to avoid some fraudulent cases and methods.
Replacement policy: in case your request cannot be fulfilled, if the product description does not match the order, or if the product does not work, it will be replaced with another product of the same type.
Out of our responsibility scope: accounts that are banned or called (Limited Matchmaking - shadow ban) are not the store’s responsibility, as some accounts are linked to other platforms, which is clarified on the product page. Your request violates the refund/exchange policies mentioned in the product description (if any).
Indemnity regarding scripts: we provide scripts and tools solely to improve the gaming experience. They are permitted for use only for cheating or against players who do not have the same tools.
